I commenced my career over 12 years ago as a make up artist, hair dresser and a beautician, soon after leaving Sri Lankan Airlines, where I worked as Cabin Crew. I was trained initially by Cheryl Goonaratne and thereafter worked with her at Headmasters Salon and instructed at the CG academy.

I was further trained at The London Academy of Hair and Make up in United Kingdom, on Bridal Hair and Make up, as well as fashion make up.

I have further followed courses by Indian make up artist Cori Warlia , MAC and Bridal Course by Ramani Fernando and Micheal Wijesooriya, Hair courses by Keune, Wella and L’Oreal and Beauty Courses by Sothys and Bernard Cassiere.

At present I have my salon at No. 89/2A, Jambugasmulla Mawatha, Nugegoda and specializes in Bridal Hair and Make up. I have experience of over 100 bridal dressings.

Further I have experience of various fashion shoots. My clients include Dharshi Keerthisena of Buddhi Batiks, Dimuthu Sahabandu and Amilani Perera of Melache, Remona Oshini and “U” by Upeksha.

I have also experience of many photo shoots. My clients include Spring and Summer, Uni Lever for Lux calendar.

I believe in natural looking make up where the best features of an individual is highlighted without changing her looks and personality.
